Description
Utilize electrical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting problems and performing tasks associated with maintenance and production process systems within our foundry.
Responsibilities
Install, update, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve electrical & mechanical problems on all electrical systems & equipment.
Read and use process sheets, control panels and other relevant quality documents.
Be proficient in diagnosing machine problems, replacing and/or repairing parts, testing equipment, and making necessary adjustments when needed.
Perform preventative maintenance activities on all systems & equipment.
Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
Requirements
Journeyman level status (preferred).
Minimum 3 years experience in plant electrical & controls work.
Pneumatic & hydraulic knowledge and programming PLC's & control logic.
